Portuguese Petiscos - Appetizers for Your Wine Tasting

Yes, we bring the wine to your tasting, but did you know that we can provide the food too?! We've teamed up with local culinary artisan, Natalie Stein, of Thyme-To-Go, and curated a Portuguese-influenced tasting menu to pair perfectly with our Portuguese wines.

The menu consists of flavoursome bites that are all made from organic and locally sourced produce.

The Menu:

• Pica-Pau - “Woodpecker Beef” steak bites in a tangy, garlicky, pickled vegetable broth
• Bolinhos de Bacalhau - Golden, crispy salt cod fritters with a fluffy, herb-flecked interior
• Peri-Peri Chicken Bites - Juicy chicken pieces fired up with smoky, spiced bird’s eye chili sauce
• Pasteis de Nata - Flaky, buttery pastry shells cradling a silky, caramelized custard cream
• Molho Cru - A bright, zesty sauce of fresh herbs, garlic, and citrus. Perfect for dipping
• Roasted Sardines and Olive - Local sardines roasted to perfection, served with briny olives and a drizzle of olive oil and lemon
• Tábua de Petiscos Grande - Assorted cured meats, cheeses, roasted vegetables and housemade dips, crackers and breads
