Yes, we bring the wine to your tasting, but did you know that we can provide the food too?! 

We've teamed up with local culinary artisan, Natalie Stein, of Thyme-To-Go, and curated a Portuguese-influenced tasting menu to pair perfectly with our Portuguese wines.

The menu consists of flavoursome bites that are all made from organic and locally sourced produce.

Tasting Menu (Serves 12 - 15 people)

• Aleppo Spiced Salmon Bites
• Pica-Pau - "Portuguese Woodpecker Beef"
• Blackened Chicken Bites
• Mixed Olive Tapenade with Anchovies, Capers, Garlic and Fresh Thyme

• Tábua de Petiscos Grande (assorted cured meats, sausages, cheeses and roasted vegetables)
• Molho Cru - Garlic and Herb Relish
• Coriander Yogurt Sauce
• Garlic and Dill Hummus
• Peruvian Pepper Jam
• Artisanal Breads and Crackers
