Phulia

Situated near the Atlantic coast, in the valley region of Lima, this cooperative of young friends are creating innovative new wines using traditional methods, as a love letter to their Minho region.

Phulia began in 2012, while the friends were at college, and initially began growing grapes as a way to pay their student fees. They are now one of the most exciting wine-makers in the region.
